Water does most of its damage where you cannot see it: under flooring, inside walls, in the subfloor. We start by finding the source and measuring how far the moisture went. Then we extract standing water, open what has to be opened, and set drying equipment until the readings say the structure is dry. Every step is photographed and written down for your insurance carrier.

Reviews
What customers say about working with Yostin
Field rep came at my house, on time, very professional, reviewed all conditions for the smell that we suspected water damage and potential mold. Need to highlight he didn't try to sell, sell, sell, but he was 100% honest and straight forward telling us what we should do and if we should do. Anyone else would have probably exaggerated in order to gain more business. Highly recommended

FAQ
Water damage questions
Yes. Finding the source is the first step on every water job. If the water is still coming in, drying the house does not fix anything. When the cause is plumbing, we work with your plumber or bring one in.
We take moisture readings in the affected materials at the start and keep taking them while the equipment runs. The equipment comes out when the readings show the structure is dry, not after a set number of days.
That depends on your policy and the cause of the loss. We work with all major insurance carriers and give your adjuster photos, moisture readings and a written scope. Your carrier decides what is covered.
Yes. The same company that dries the house can rebuild it: drywall, flooring, cabinets, paint. You do not have to find a second contractor once the drying is done.
