After receiving numerous quotes and assessments for a mold situation we discovered in our home, we found Yostin Water Damage & Restoration and decided to get one final assessment. So we had water coming into our house and we had no clue where it was coming from. Turns out this had actually been an issue before -- we'd hired another company to deal with it and they clearly never fixed the actual problem. Just collected their check and moved on. Omri came in, actually took the time to figure out what was going on, and found that the ground on the outside of the house was too high, basically pushing water in. This had probably been happening for years. He lowered the ground, fixed the drain pipes, and addressed a whole chain of things connected to it. And now -- no more water. Actually fixed. What I didn't expect was how big this project would become. There was a lot of demolition, renovation, coordinating different people -- the whole thing. But here's what made it manageable: Omri handled everything. Like, everything. I didn't have to chase down subcontractors or manage timelines. He was here constantly, checking on things, making sure it was all done right. It honestly felt like we were his only client. He saved us real money too. We were able to keep our exterior fireplace instead of ripping the whole thing out, which I guarantee another company would've pushed us to replace. And throughout the project, stuff kept getting discovered -- little things here and there that needed fixing or removing -- and Omri just took care of it. Didn't nickel and dime us. Just "don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." You don't see that. Look, I know restoration is one of those industries where it's easy to get taken advantage of. You sign a contract, you're kind of locked in, and some companies do the bare minimum because they know you're stuck. Omri is the opposite of that. Super organized, super professional, genuinely cares that you're happy with the result. Not in a salesy way -- in a "this is how I do things" way. Best contractor we've ever worked with. Not even close. Cannot recommend him enough.

We had a major interior flood from a broken bathroom pipe and called for water mitigation help. Yostin's company was the only one that responded and came that morning. Owner, Omri Yostin was there with his team and tested for what areas showed wetness, had his team pull up the Pergo floor boards, and set up drying fans throughout. He was very reassuring and helpful - explaining his services and how my insurance could cover repairs. He arranged for a moving company when we had to move out for extensive repair work as well as testing for mold and asbestos issues. Throughout this process, Omri coordinated with my insurance company's representative and advocated for full recovery so that we ended up with new flooring throughout the home as well as new interior painting, so that it now looks like a new home. We were able to install vinyl flooring that will be more durable with our dogs (and looks even better that the old Pergo). The month long restoration was completed staying within my insurance coverage budget. I highly recommend Yostin water Damage & Restoration for quality work and support during a stressful flooding experience!

Field rep came at my house, on time, very professional, reviewed all conditions for the smell that we suspected water damage and potential mold. Need to highlight he didn't try to sell, sell, sell, but he was 100% honest and straight forward telling us what we should do and if we should do. Anyone else would have probably exaggerated in order to gain more business. Highly recommended
