Terms and Conditions for Appointment Scheduling

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Yostin Water Damage & Restoration Inc.'s online booking system powered by Setmore. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:
Appointment Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by the customer through WhatsApp using the number provided in your confirmation message. Unconfirmed appointments may not be serviced.
Business Hours
Our team handles confirmations, questions, and scheduling between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (local time, Monday–Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Emergency services outside standard hours may be arranged only if pre-approved.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Customers must notify us during business hours if an appointment needs to be changed or canceled. Short-notice cancellations or repeated rescheduling may limit the availability of future time slots.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's duty to provide correct contact information at the time of booking. Access to the property must be available at the agreed time. If entry is denied or delayed, Yostin Water Damage & Restoration Inc. reserves the right to treat the appointment as canceled.
Company Rights
We reserve the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, emergencies, or other operational factors. Customers will be promptly notified of any changes.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
